The nurses are hard working and the Drs I saw, Dr Roache and Dr Scott, were kind, compassionate and knowledgeable.
I have had 2 admissions to this hospital over the past 9 years. One for almost 2 weeks the other for 5 days, so I feel you can trust me when I say I wouldn't want to be stuck anywhere else.
I went just one to the ER there in Feb of last year and the doctor was fast and stop the asthma atack on my 10 years old , he was nice, explain us a lot and this was his first asthma atack on our little boy plus we are from San Antonio , we was very scare but they treat us very very good and in a short time and I am glad because was night time. Thanks you to the doctor and nurses that help our son that night.
Their Cardiac Rehab is the best!! I might be a little biased though.
On the other hand the clinic connected to the hospital is horrendous on follow up. Same Drs, different NURSES. I got so frustrated trying to get a simple phone call returned after 5 days, I have changed Drs. So yes hospital...nooooo clinic.
Worst emergancy room I've ever been too, and trust me I've met some rude and cruel doctors and nurses but this place topped it off. They are shisty, all they care about is money, and are rough and completely worthless to the customers!
