News flash. All of your customers pay attention to your staff and how they present themselves whether to each other or your customers. Please correct this. But we will be back, however. We will also be sure to get Brittany or Jasmine for our server. Never have had am issue with either of them.
It's alright to be honest. The food could be better. The salsa and chips are not that great.
Only put a star because we had to. Not a good experience at all. I got one refill the entire time we were there and I only got that because my wife took my cup up to the waitress to ask for one. She and another waitress were next to the "fruit bar" gossiping about another co worker. On the subject of the "fruit bar" it is literally tubs of canned fruits on ice, with some kind of fruit salad stuff and marshmallows, you can get a plate of this stuff for $3.50, which is not at all worth it. Our meals were sub par, the fajitas were NOT good, the flautas were bland, the rice and beans (beans looked like a paste) severely needed salt. They really need to step up on quality and service. We will not be going back in.
Went here for dinner tonight. They weren't very busy, got a table quickly. The waitress was sweet as a button, dumb as a rock. Tried to order the Santiago plate. Waitress told us what it was and came right back to say she was wrong. She had no idea about anything we asked for. Every thing had very little flavor. What flavor there was, was bad. The beef was not edible. The cheese sauce on my wife's burrito was canned nacho cheese sauce. The fajita beef was over cooked to a point of hard. I would be surprised if we didn't feel ill later.
Good food and service. Food takes a little bit to get out but that leads to good visiting time.
Our server Brittany was very attentive along with taking care of her other tables. It was fairly busy. Food is always good. Our steaks were cooked exactly how we ordered them. This is not our first time there. Just first time to finally review. Other wait staff seems to have issues working there. One server I think her name starts with an M was surly with her coworkers and with some of her patrons.
